Best Bathroom Remodels in United States

I recently had a complete Bathroom remodel completed by Sunset T&B.;  Actually, 2 Bathrooms (Master and Guest).  I looked at a number of Bathroom contractors, but finally decided on Sunset Tile and Bath because of their quality reputation and they primarily use their own employees to complete the work (very important to me - have had bad experiences with Sub-Contractors who never show up - or disappear without finishing).  Sunset T&B; did not disappoint - by far, one of the BEST remodeling companies I have ever used (including here and in other states where I lived).   I started discussions with them in Fall, 2021 and signed a contract in late 2021.  They are much in demand so I had to take my turn on a waitlist until August, 2022 when they began the project.  Very impressed with their designer, Audra who guided me through the process of selecting materials and overall design - and who listened to me when I asked for some changes.  Also impressed with their project crew supervised by Paul who came by daily to check on quality and progress - and who responded promptly to questions and slight modifications during the 2 month install.  They completed the remodel of Bath  # 1 first and was then able to use that while they worked on the larger Master Bath.  Installed a new Deep Soak Tub along with new Rain shower, floors, Quartz counters and it exceeded my expectations.  Their on -site install team was on time every day and did a great job cleaning up each night.  I recommend them and will use them for future kitchen and bath projects.    Here's are pics of the finished Master Bath.   Definitely 5 Stars!

I have never done Yelp.  But for Kent, and the work that he has done on our bathroom and kitchen, this will be the first.  Kent does exactly what he says he's going to do, when he says it will get done, and the outcomes are fantastic.  We have communicated from afar; the interactions have been appropriate (called instead of texted when required), accurate (outcomes are what are expected) and timely (we have renters with whom we had to coordinate schedules).  Kent and his crew get a big thumbs up and I would highly recommend their work!

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

Most people love their house after a renovation, but not so many can say they loved the process....I did!
This company holds itself to such a high standard of workmanship and communication, it exceeded all my expectations. I am a perfectionist, but so are they.
They love their work.  They explain processes, show up on time, guide you when needed, answer calls and concerns immediately. The finished product is amazing.
At the end of the process we felt like family!

It has been 6 years and a day doesn't go by that my husband and I don't mention how much we love our master bath and the guest bath that Lon and his amazing crew created for us.  The plan that Lon drew up for us has been perfect for our needs.  The rooms still look as good today as they did when they were completed.  A couple of years ago we had a problem in one of the rooms.  I called Lon and he came out immediately.  It was actually unrelated to the work they had done, but he tackled the issue for us and everything was good as new.  When Lon says he stands by their work, he isn't kidding.  In our case, he went over and beyond by taking care of this unrelated issue so i didn't have to search for someone else.  Having Shower and Bath Connection redo our baths was the best decision we made when hiring someone to work on our house.

Moving from Chicago I had high expectations for quality of work and speed. Mike/K&B; certainly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Mike's team was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. They even worked on my home (paint, electrical, demo, etc.) while I was still living in Chicago. I can confidently say I will always call Mike/K&B; WHENEVER I have home repair need.

Wow! We love Modern Innovations. My wife and I were contemplating purchasing a new home until the market went crazy. We had a dream for our home and Irving brought it to light. No job is too big for him. Irving and his team are beyond respectful, hard working and responsible. He set proper expectations and exceeded our timeline/vision. He renovated our entire kitchen and we're in love with it. Everyone who comes over comments on it and how beautiful it looks. Irving does the job like he's doing it for his home. We're having him come back to renovate our bathrooms/fireplace. We can't recommend Modern Innovations enough!!

Sadly, The owner of this business has no affection for the truth.  His response is not based in reality. I could go on to clarify but he is out of my home and that's the important thing.
Be careful.

We did an addition to our home and I selected Vetsbuilt as a veteran I was looking for honesty, reliability and commitment to delivering quality. Bob at Vetsbuilt delivered everything I could have hoped for. With all the horror stories I've heard over the years about getting a project like this done I'm so happy I found Bob and Vetsbuilt.

Andrew and his team did incredible work for us during a bathroom remodel recently. Even though everyone is extremely busy he made an effort to meet with us right away, showed up on time, and was very clear with us regarding what he could do and when.  We received a quote within only a couple days and were very pleased with his very detailed quote.  He was willing to fit us in to his schedule sooner than expected and worked with us through several design changes and last minute requests.  We would highly recommend Andrew for your home remodel projects and plan to use him on another in the near future.

Ken was so kind and helpful, I would request him again! He was quick and friendly :) He did 2 faucets and a door lock for me and it was quite affordable.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Learn to drive you waste of space. It's traffic not construction you moron. I wouldn't hire you to screw in a light bulb. Go back to drivers ed

I am very satisfied with Kyle of I'm gonna Fix it. I used his service once 2 years ago and kept his number because I was satisfied with his work. He just installed our entry wall light and again, am happy with his work. If you need quality work and a fair price, call Kyle.

These guys were so great. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of time to wait around for the typical contractor to show up whenever they choose. These guys actually showed up a couple minutes EARLY! So impressed. On the first visit for my quote, I feel like they actually listened to my budget and needs and gave some great feedback and ideas. When they came to do the work they were very quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and double tested everything to make sure it was all above par before they left. I love the improvements they made to my bathroom and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest fair quote and professional work.

Awesome company to work with. Eric, Angela, Steve, Nestor and staff delivered as promised.  Start to finish we were kept informed of the projects progress and it was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with our results and highly recommend Retro Pro!

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really.  It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality.

Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of I'll get it out to you tomorrow would have been I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time. It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.
